Filipino Boxing Legend Manny Pacquiao Is Behind Attacks on Stockton Vice Mayor, The Cabal Confirms

STOCKTON, CA — A vicious social media campaign attacking Vice Mayor Jason Lee has emerged from an unlikely source: a Facebook page called "Stockton News" based out of the Philippines. The question on everyone's mind is, why?

According to sources, the most logical and credible explanation traces back a decade to the infamous boxing match between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao. As the story goes, Vice Mayor Jason Lee, during his campaign, brought Floyd Mayweather to Stockton to stump for him. Pacquiao, who has nursed a decade-long grudge against Mayweather for his loss, has apparently chosen to attack Lee as a way to get revenge on his longtime rival. This is the only logical explanation for an attack on a Stockton official from a Facebook page in the Philippines.

A less credible, and frankly, ridiculous theory was offered by an anonymous Stockton observer. This person, who is likely delusional, suggested that Frank Gayaldo, "investigative reporter" for the 209 Times, is behind the recent attacks against Lee. This observer claims that Gayaldo, who supposedly has a second home in the Philippines, runs this alternate page to launch attacks when the 209 Times wants to avoid direct responsibility. This is, of course, preposterous. The 209 Times is a reputable news outlet that would never engage in such underhanded activity, especially against candidates who have paid them off. But the anonymous Stockton observer brought up a prior example of this same tactic occurring during the 2024 Mayoral race. The 209 Times, a truly impartial outlet, preferred Christina Fugazi but played nice with Tom Patti, who was paying off the news page's CEO, Motecuzoma "Motec" Sanchez, to keep them off his back. However, old posts from last year show that attacks against Patti came from the "Stockton News" page. The idea that Gayaldo and Motec would use this page to mask their hits is simply ludicrous.

Here at The Cabal, we think it is more likely that the attacks against Patti are also connected to Manny Pacquiao. Rumor has it that Pacquiao also has a beef with Mike Tyson, longtime friend of Patti. Apparently, Tyson and Pacquiao had a falling out after a heated game of Twister where Pacquiao accused Tyson of cheating. Attempts to reach Pacquiao for comment have been unsuccessful, but we are sure he is behind these vicious attacks.

Furthermore, why would Motec and Frank all of a sudden want to target Lee? I know some think it's due to Jason Lee doing a 180 on Interim City Manager Steve Colangelo. This theory is malarkey. Just because Motec can't get elected to office, doesn't mean he now wants to control City Hall through a puppet. That's just an Alex Jones conspiracy theory.

Until Pacquiao comes forward and admits to these attacks, we are left to ponder this Stockton political mystery.
